I’m Courtney, a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping people simplify nutrition without stress.
I write and create educational content on nutrition, metabolic health, intuitive eating, and whole-person wellness. I believe in a holistic approach blending science, mindfulness, and compassion.

Why I Do This Work
My dietitian career began in the world of clinical nutrition and traditional healthcare. Through my own experiences as both a practitioner and a patient, I understand firsthand how constrained and limited our healthcare system can feel. It’s easy to become disillusioned with it… I know I was.
That perspective shaped how I practice today. I began weaving together the structure of nutrition science with the softer elements that often get overlooked: mindfulness, nervous system balance, and the daily rhythms that influence how we eat and feel.
I believe healthy living should feel supportive, not like another chore on your to-do list. I’m here to help people find compassion and balanced insight in a world full of hype and urgency.
I find peace in quiet moments with my rescue dog, on my yoga mat, or with a cup of tea. I also know how easy it is to lose sight of presence in the busier, messier moments of life as a mom. It’s my son’s laughter that has a way of bringing me back.
And as a fellow human being navigating a noisy, chaotic world, I want you to know:
